Madeline Island Potatoes

Pre-boiled new potatoes
Slice up potatoes as needed, and add your choice assorted veggies like
sliced carrots, red cabbage, mushrooms, chopped celery, broccoli bits,
etc.
Add 1 part red-wine vinegar to 2 parts Italian dressing. Mix this
liquid with basil (fresh or dried), caraway seed, fennel seed,
chili-garlic sauce
and fresh minced garlic, and heat well.
Add the liquid mixture over the pre-cooked vegetables and heat up. Then
add Oyster Sauce. Stir and serve immediately.
