M’s Addictive Holiday Crunch Mix

Dry ingredients
1 lb M&M's (Christmas colors)
10 oz pretzels (in shape of Christmas trees, candy canes Rold Gold)
1 cup peanuts (I like more)
5 cups Corn Chex

Coating
Heat 2 bags of white chocolate chips and 3 tbsp of oil heated in the microwave in 2 - 1 minute
intervals. Stir after 1st minute to see if it's melted enough.

Pour the dry ingredients in 2 - 9 x 13 pans and pour the melted chocolate over and stir
to coat. Pour the mixture onto wax paper and break up into smaller pieces. It sets pretty
quickly but you can chill it in the fridge to help it along. Bag it and away you go.
